Sitting at home bored, procrastinating, because it’s what I do best. Never mind the messy room, or that pending Harvest Application… new music was what I wanted, so it was what I sourced.
I stumbled across The Royal Royal during my search on iTunes… they’re a Christian Band with that indie/alternative vibe that I love. Music is something that I know very little about, so describing the style and so on isn’t really within my knowledge. But what I get, is purity and raw worship. They’re singing from the heart, and remaining true to who they are. That to me, is what worship should be all about.
Heartbeats is one of the songs that I love dearly. I’ve been playing it on repeat since purchasing it only a day ago. The words are simple, yet powerful. They resonate with my feelings, and where I am at in my walk with God.
